GT Radial tyres come with a 30 DAY TEST DRIVE SATISFACTION GUARANTEE, meaning that you can try them out and if you are not completely satisfied with your new tyres*, you can get your money back or a credit towards another tyre brand or pattern.
This removes risk and lets you choose and try GT Radial tyres with confidence, joining hundreds of thousands of other Australian drivers who chose GT Radial.
If for any reason you are not happy with your GT Radial tyres, take them back to the original dealer you purchased from within 30 days, with a copy of your invoice and the dealer can arrange a full refund or credit towards a different brand or tread pattern.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
*Applies to GT Radial car, 4WD & van tyres purchased & fitted at a participating GT Radial tyre service centre, from 1 September 2016, who had GT Radial tyres supplied by Tyres4U in Australia. The 4 GT Radial car, 4WD & van tyres must be purchased on the same day, mounted on the vehicle indicated on the invoice, and must be returned to the participating GT Radial tyre service centre, where they were purchased within 500 kms or 30-days, whichever comes first. This offer is only available to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Other service charges are not included. The tyre dealer must complete the return form at http://www.tyres4u.com.au to be reimbursed. Tyre pressure must be maintained as per vehicle placard. This guarantee will be void if the tyres show irregular wear or damage due to, but not limited to: Excessive loads; Burnouts; High-speed acceleration; Negligence or abuse; Misuse or misapplication; Car accident or fire; Punctures, cuts and/or impact fractures; Racing; Wheel imbalance or misalignment; Defective shock absorbers or brakes; Vandalism or driving on road hazards; Snow chains; Off-road driving; Commercial driving (eg taxi, courier). The 5-YEAR FREE TYRE REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE is an industry-first initiative by GT Radial and covers any manufacturing defect causing loss of service fulfilment over the first full life of the tyre, up to a maximum of 5 years from the date of manufacture. Applies to GT Radial Car, 4WD & LT/Van tyres.
Once you submit your GT Radial Guarantee Form via the button below, you will receive a reply via your email with a guarantee number.
You must keep your receipt as proof-of-purchase.
If you think there may be a manufacturing fault with a GT Radial tyre, within 5 years of the date of manufacture, please call 13 62 82 or contact us via our contact page to find your closest authorised GT Radial tyre dealer, who will assess the tyre before contacting Tyres4U, the importer, to authorise a FREE replacement tyre if the fault is a genuine manufacturing fault.
The FREE GT Radial Replacement Tyre Guarantee does not cover tyre damage including, but not limited to, driving on underinflated tyres, driving at excessive speed, driving over potholes &/or roundabouts, overloading of vehicles, burnouts etc.
