Day 251 from Iringa to Singida
Singida, Tansania
The day began early with a Tuk‑Tuk‑to‑car shoot. The surrounding landscape was defined by distinctive, rounded rock formations that shaped the character of the region.
Around midday, several locals were encountered spending their Sunday together, playing games and enjoying the relaxed atmosphere. These everyday scenes offered a close look at community life along the route.
As the journey continued over a mountain ridge, several families of monkeys were found sitting directly on the road, briefly accompanying the vehicle before disappearing back into the landscape.
A lively fish market later drew attention, prompting a short stop to observe the freshly caught fish and the bustling local trade.
Next stop: Singida Tansania!
