The drive continued through the night, allowing arrival in Nairobi early in the morning. At 9:00 a.m., a meeting took place at the German Embassy, where a warm welcome was extended and insights from the journey were shared.
Following the embassy visit, the route led to the Kenyan VW importer. There, the opportunity was taken for a car‑to‑car shoot through the streets of Nairobi, capturing impressions of the city in motion.
Later, the VW ID. Buzz was charged at a Kenya Power charging station before continuing on to Kühne + Nagel. Discussions there focused on the next steps and preparations for shipping the vehicle.
