Valid for passenger car, 4WD, and van tyres only.
This offer applies exclusively to Giti car, 4WD, and van tyres purchased and fitted at a participating Giti Tyre Service Centre in Australia from 1 September 2025. Eligible tyres must have been supplied by NTAW and purchased as a set of four on the same day. They must be mounted on the vehicle shown on the invoice and returned to the original place of purchase within 30 days or 500 kilometres — whichever comes first.
The guarantee is only available to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It does not cover additional service charges. To receive reimbursement, the tyre dealer must contact the NTAW call centre.
Tyres must be maintained according to the vehicle’s placard specifications. The guarantee will be void if tyres show signs of irregular wear or damage caused by, but not limited to:
- Excessive loads
- Burnouts or high-speed acceleration
- Negligence, abuse, or misuse
- Car accidents or fire
- Punctures, cuts, or impact fractures
- Racing
- Wheel imbalance or misalignment
- Defective suspension or braking components
- Vandalism or contact with road hazards
- Use of snow chains
- Off-road driving
- Commercial use (e.g. taxis, couriers)
Any disputes will be resolved at the discretion of the importer:
