Where a tyre is confirmed to have a manufacturer defect in workmanship or materials, the tyre may be eligible for a 100%
warranty replacement within 5 years of the original purchase date. Proof of purchase is required. Fitting, balancing and
associated service costs are not covered.

- Defects in workmanship or materials under normal use and service conditions.
- The tyre must be fitted, maintained and operated in accordance with vehicle manufacturer recommendations.
- The tyre must be assessed through an authorised warranty process.
- Tyres must be in a legal, serviceable condition (Australian Roadworthy Standards of 1.6mm of tread) to be considered for a manufacturer warranty.
- Warranty benefits are in addition to rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
What is not covered

- Incorrect inflation, overloading, misuse, abuse, accident or poor maintenance.
- Wheel alignment, suspension, steering, brake or tyre/wheel balance issues.
- Incorrect fitment, modifications, unauthorised repairs or alterations.
- Racing, motorsport, commercial misuse or other non-approved applications.
- Tyres worn below the legal tread depth limit or no longer serviceable.
Warranty claim process
- Customer presents tyre and supporting information to the retailer or dealer.
- Retailer or distributor records claim details and collects evidence.
- Tyre is inspected and assessed by authorised personnel.
- Claim is accepted or rejected based on assessment outcome.
- If accepted, the claim is processed under the manufacturer warranty policy.
NB: The key assessment is whether the condition appears to be a genuine manufacturer defect in workmanship or materials, and whether the tyre remains legal and serviceable at the time of assessment. This guide is a summary only. Warranty approval is subject to inspection, proof of purchase and manufacturer warranty terms. Nothing in this guide limits rights under Australian Consumer Law.
